Woman Yoga

Yoga from Sanscrit means "union", which means "union with nature" or "unification with the Creator." Yoga is one of six courses in Hindu philosophy, which focuses on meditation or tapas activity in which one focus all their thoughts to control our five senses and the body as a whole. Global community is generally familiar with Yoga as the main training activity asanas (postures) of the Hatta Yoga. Yoga is also used as one alternative treatment, usually this is done with breathing exercises, by the body and meditation, which has been known and practiced for over 5000 years.

People who do yoga tapas called yogi, yogin yogini practitioners for practitioners of men and women.Hindu scripture containing the teachings of Yoga, including the Upaishad, Bhagavad Gita, Yogasutra, Hatta Yoga and some other literature. Classification of Yoga teachings contained in the Bhagavad Gita, including Karma Yoga / Marga, Jnana Yoga / Marga, Bhakti Yoga / Marga, Raja Yoga / Marga.
